Exhibitors badges and dinner vouchers
You register your stand crew via My Easyfairs, this is possible from approximately 4 weeks prior to the exhibition. The stand crew will then receive a confirmation that they will have access to the exhibition floor. Do they also want to eat in the exhibitor restaurant? Your stand includes 2 dinner vouchers for 3 days, which you can pick up at the reception. You can order extra dinner vouchers in the webshop.
My Easyfairs
After registering as an exhibitor of Dutch Pork Expo you will receive your login details for My Easyfairs. Here you can place additional orders, such as electricity or furniture. You will also see your stand number in My Easyfairs.
You populate your own trade fair website with company information via My Easyfairs, adding your logo, products, innovations, news, contact details and plenty more. Your visibility to visitors starts even before the trade fair has started.
What’s more, the visitor will receive the information you upload on the trade fair website when they scan your stand reader.
